What It Is

Consultants charge by the hour and leave when the project ends. Agencies optimise for their retainer, not your outcomes. GMx Venture Build is neither.

We assemble a team — strategy, operations, commercial, and finance — and embed them into your expansion. We charge a management fee to keep the lights on and take carry on the value we help create. Our incentive is your growth.

This is a high-trust, high-accountability model. It is not for every company — and we are selective about who we work with.

Management Fee

USD 3,000 – 8,000

per company / per month

Covers the embedded team's operational costs. Charged monthly for the duration of the engagement.

Carry

10 – 20%

of net value uplift at exit or liquidity event

GMx earns carry on the value created during the engagement — not on entry valuation. Aligned incentives from day one.
